PUBLIC MARKS from "Computer Guru" with tag health

The US Military has just revealed the final version of it's recently-announced "Heat-Ray" Gun. It's a Humvee-mounted gun that emits a beam that causes extreme pain and imitates the effect of severe heat. It's been certified for use in Iraq, and the military claims it's "safe" - then again, no one else has been allowed to test it.
